I think the recent phenomena of pocket/pop-up parks and gardens is a bit of a trendy but basically sad substitute for the innovative and substantial change that is needed in urban landscape planning and design to meaningfully ‘green’ our cities….However, these Indonesian tree helmets have won me over.
